best gel for dry mouth
This gel is thicker and less minty than the brand I was using. It lasts longer and does not taste nauseatingly sweet and toothpaste minty. It is more expensive but I'm so glad to be able to sleep as much as six hours and not wake up gasping with dry oral and throat mucosa. I also appreciate knowing that the pH of the product is neutral and that is better for oral health.

Great product for dry mouth.
This gel really helps my dry mouth, especially at night. I use it along with the Allday dry mouth spray. Used together, these two are really a Dynamic Duo. Hope you have a toothpaste in the works!!!

I've had issues with dry mouth since I was in my teens. As years went on I acquired several health issues that further impacted my saliva production. Tuere hadn't been a product available that gave me any relief for more than ten minutes, - until my dentist, Dr Gutu, in St. Pete, recommended Allday dry mouth spray a couple years ago. For the first time I actually got some relief ! But now, since trying Allday dry mouth gel I can comfortably make it thru most of the night ! It literally has made my daily life so much easier and allowed my sleep time to be a Lot less interrupted, what a tremendous difference ! Thanks, wish your product had been on the market as I was growing up but at least my retirement will be so much more pleasurable.

I had been to the dentist and had some cavities. Probably from a dry mouth at night. The assistant told me about this. I had to order it from the company because nobody sold it around here and I hate paying shipping. I really like it alot. It lasts all night.

I use an oral appliance overnight for apnea, and was relying on Biotene gel to prevent the dry mouth that would otherwise result, until it became unavailable. This is a great substitute and does the job.
